Statement:

Our desire to associate ourselves with a place is innate in the collective subconscious. Our nomadic
ancestors eventually found the means to stay in one place, but still our wanderlust forces us forth to
new lands, thus broadening their perspectives and horizons. A photograph of a specific place in time
is like a kind of time machine, bringing us down the rabbit hole through the lens of the photographer.
